Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in method secure and use QuickTeam only for lawful club activity. A guardian acting for a child must have authority to do so. Club organisers are responsible for assigning suitable access and keeping their club information accurate.

Club administration

Each club controls its membership decisions, registration content, events, teams, charges and refunds. QuickTeam provides the platform but does not run those clubs or decide participation, safeguarding or selection matters.

Payments

Payments relate to real-world club activities and are processed by the provider selected by the club. Provider terms may also apply. QuickTeam does not store card details. Queries about a charge or refund should first be directed to the club.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with another person's account, upload unlawful content or use personal information outside the legitimate administration of the club.

Service availability

QuickTeam may change, maintain or suspend parts of the service to protect users, meet legal requirements or improve operation. Reasonable care is taken to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Ending access

You may leave a club or delete your account using the available self-service actions. A club may remove access to its workspace, and QuickTeam may restrict access where necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance. Retained records are handled as described in the privacy notice.

Changes

Updated terms will show a revised effective date. Continued use after a material update may require renewed acceptance. Effective date: 6 September 2026.
