QuickTeam ยท Your information
Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal information is handled when people use QuickTeam.
Who controls your information
QuickTeam is operated by David Wilcox, trading as Nomiva. Contact privacy@nomiva.co.uk about platform privacy matters.
Each participating club also controls the information it asks members to provide for membership, registration, safeguarding and administration. Club-specific notices supplement this notice.
Information we handle
- Account identity, name, email address, telephone number and sign-in activity.
- Club membership, organiser roles, sections, teams, invitations and attendance-related responses.
- Date of birth, guardian relationships and information needed to administer junior members.
- Registration answers, declarations and consents, which may include medical, disability, medication, dietary or accessibility information requested by a club.
- Fixture, availability and payment-request status. QuickTeam stores provider references and payment status, not card details.
- Device identifiers and push-notification tokens where notifications are enabled.
- Security, audit and operational records needed to protect accounts and diagnose the service.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the service, manage club membership and safeguarding workflows, deliver requested communications, process club payments, secure the platform, comply with legal duties and establish or defend legal claims. The applicable legal basis depends on the activity and may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation.
Who receives information
Information is shared only as needed with authorised club administrators and service providers supporting QuickTeam. Current providers include Microsoft Entra for identity, Render and PostgreSQL hosting, Stripe for configured payment flows, and Expo services for mobile builds and notifications. A club may configure additional wording for its own registration process.
Children's information
Junior profiles are managed according to each club's guardian policy. Guardian authority is recorded explicitly. QuickTeam does not infer a guardian relationship from a shared name, email address or telephone number.
Retention and deletion
Current profile data is kept while it is needed to operate the account or club relationship. Historical payment, consent, safeguarding and audit records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory or dispute purposes, with identifying information minimised where possible. Account holders can start permanent deletion from Profile or follow the account-deletion instructions.
Your choices and rights
You may update your profile, leave a club, disable notifications or request account deletion through QuickTeam. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask to access, correct, restrict, object to, transfer or erase personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact the relevant club about information it controls and use the Nomiva privacy address above for platform requests.
International processing and security
Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required. QuickTeam uses authenticated access, scoped permissions, encryption in transit, audit records and provider-hosted payment entry, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
